Professional Biofeedback Equipment
30 day returns on professional biofeedback equipment including:
Mutimodality systems and MyoTrac Infiniti biofeedback devices from Thought Technology.

If you received a piece of equipment in error, you must contact us BEFORE you attempt to use it for an exchange or refund. All equipment has a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

You must contact us if you need to return any unit for repairs.

Returns of New Merchandise
You can return a new, unused returnable product within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price less the original shipping and/or handling charges. It must be new, unopened, with all original packaging and materials intact. Refunds may be reduced if products are returned with damaged packaging or missing accessories.

All Shipping Costs are Non-refundable
Your original shipping costs to return a new, unused item are non-refundable. If the original purchase price included free shipping paid for by LifeMatters.com, $10 will be deducted from your refund.

International Shipments
If products ordered are to be shipped internationally, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your products reach their destination. We are not responsible for such charges or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the products, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the products are being imported.

Online Parenting Class Guarantee
If you have completed a parenting class, received your Certificate of Completion and it was not accepted by the courts, we will refund you in full the cost of the class, with written documentation that the class was declined.

if your Certificate of Completion is for legal purposes it is your responsibility to confirm with the courts that an online distance learning parenting class will fulfill your requirements

If you require a printed certificate to be sent to you by mail, there will be a $20 administration fee.

Please contact us so we can assist you in providing us with documentation that your class was not acceptable so we can issue a refund.

Products
All products sold at LifeMatters are factory sealed, direct from the manufacturer. We do not sell used products.

Defective products will be repaired or replaced under terms of the manufacturer's warranty. Any product replaced or repaired under warranty will be returned by ground USPS to an address within the United States. Please contact us for cost of delivery outside the United States.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If returning an item(s) for repair from outside the U.S., please contact your customs officials or taxing authorities to get the proper clearances to get the product back into your country without being liable for duties, fees or taxes on a repaired item(s).

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Instructions

Return Procedures
Any products being returned within 30 days of delivery require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Any product returned to the warehouse without an RMA number is subject to a 15% restocking fee; an RMA number must be obtained for any product returned for any reason.

Please call us toll free at 1.888.255.9757 or email us with your information, to obtain your required RMA number and the correct address to use to return the item.

Include all original packaging, manuals, cables, sensors, chargers, etc. Enclose a copy of your original invoice with a daytime phone number inside the package. For your protection we encourage you to return items(s) via a carrier which is traceable by a tracking number. You are responsible for any loss or damage while on route, please consider insuring your package. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

Item(s) must received by WorldWorks before any credits or exchanges can be made.
Place the RMA number on the outside of the package to insure proper and timely processing your return.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
